DO NOT Include​

For your security, never share the following information in support tickets:

  • Seed phrases or private keys
  • Your physical address
  • Personal identifying information including:
    • Full name
    • Passport number
    • Driver's license
    • Social security number

DO Include​

For Discord Issues:

  • Your public wallet address
  • User ID
  • Server ID

For Telegram Issues:

  • Your public wallet address
  • User ID
  • Group ID
